Quick question for the experienced please:

I have booked 2 sperate units at Pontins, Brean Sands, but I wanted to take advantage of the free service charge and entertainment passes on certain dates. I mis-read the "free" dates and booked 25th October instead of 25th November and now I'm obviously going to be charged for the extras which was the only reason I didn't join the rest of the people in going to Break free!!

Is there anything I can do about this??

Also, I accidently booked both units for 6 people instead of 5 each so I paid a little extra by mistake. Is there anything I can do about this??

PS: It was 5am! when I booked!!!!

I have been trying all day to book online but it won't accept my codes and I have just tried putting leaf in as first bonus word with no luck

Try putting all in capital letters.
