I tried all 3 Butlins for next Easter couldn't get any, so booked a Haven instead.

Must be doing something wrong, as others seemed to book ok.

This happened to me first time i used it - have you waited for the clock to time out? When mine timed out it took me back to the choose parks and dates and i changed from 4 to 5 and it worked - there was a clock ticking in the right hand corner.....

I have managed to get Butlins on the previous round. Off there next week

Oh gosh, don't be sorry. Pleased that everyone who booked got what they wanted. Will just have to wait until tomorrow I guess to book (gives me time to convince OH we can try and get a sneaky easter break in!!)

I booked Skegness for 18 oct (we usually get an inset day before half term). I put that as my first choice then use 3 other popular dates like proper half term and 3 other popular parks like the other two Butlins and Primrose valley. It's worked for me 4 times, just worked for Brother in law second time of trying as it didn't come up when he put in 3 other random choices.

Holidays for £9.50 per person Kayleigh, you have to collect coupons and send them off, or post the codewords (on each token) and do it on-line. There is a fab choice of parks all over the country, and Europe.
As kind people on here post the codewords, it's not too late for you to book.
Just be aware that on top of the holiday price you often have to pay for electricity and entertainment passes. Premium times are £15.
We have been going on them for years with the kids. But now they are grown up, we are going to book on just for two of us, as still great value.:j:j:j

I have no ideas really other than perhaps try a different duplicate code word in opposite case than to what you used last time? Say you used Leaf and LEAF last time then try CHIN and Chin this time.....?

Other than that then perhaps code cracking - but i`m sorry i cant help with the system thing as i haven`t a clue how to do it.....

surely they cant if we have paid for and got a confirmation,
anyone had bad experince last year....??

A big THANK YOU to all the kind people who contributed to this thread. I managed (thanks to your kindness) to book a holiday during half term. Without your assistance we wouldn't be going away this year. My children and I are very grateful.
