Driveway and wall replacement

Hi, I'm looking for advice as I'm completely lost as to what this work should cost or even what type of tradesmen I would ask for quotes. Apologies for the rambling - I'm not sure what I'm describing, really.

Background: I've just bought a house with hard-standing out front, and a driveway with dropped kerb (used for access) running along the side. Basically, when the neighbour parks outside his garage, I find it difficult to make the 90-degree turn into our hard-standing out front, due to what looks like a solid reinforced concrete wall parallel to the pavement. There's also a small tree on the house's side of the wall.

I think what I'd need doing is:
- Concrete wall (approx 4m x 1m x 0.2m) removing and replacing with fencing and a gate that can be opened up (i.e. to let me drive in at a gentler angle)
- Small tree removing
- (Optional - if funds allowed) current cracked concrete hard standing (approx 4 x 3m) replaced with block paving.

Would one tradesman be able to do this, do you think, or do I need a combination (e.g. builder, landscaper and gardener?)

Any idea what cost I'm looking at? Hundreds, thousands, more?

Thanks a million. I know I'm not so smart when it comes to these things - and I honestly didn't realise it would need doing, as during viewings the neighbour's car wasn't there, and the sellers parked their car no problems... :o

A driveway company should be able to remove a small tree but i'd probably get a tree surgeon to do it. Cost will be around £400 (in my experience).

For the removal of the concrete wall, replacement fencing and a gate i'd imagine a cost of around £1,000. It's really the type of gate that will dictate the cost and don't underestimate the cost of rubble removal!

The 4mx3m block paving may cost around £800 or so and this should include getting rid of the current hard standing.

I'm just estimating these costs as I have a driveway done that needed trees removing and two very large walls erecting, in addition to 100 square meters of block paving. The entire works cost £6.5K, so around £2.2K might not be far out for your work. A lot depends on the quality of gate, fencing and paving blocks that you go for.

I'd just ask a driveway company to do the lot.
Everyone is entitled to my opinion!
