If Fist Direct hadn't met their consumer obligations and I wanted to leave I would have no compunction about claiming £100. But not only have I had good service, but also 1 year 7.5% Regular Savings ISA and three 1 year 8% Regular Savers plus the £250 interest free overdraft so am well ahead financially as well as not having to put forward a less than honest reason to leave.
