If the fuel useage change is real, then no weight savings or tyre pressure changes would be large enough to account for the difference.0 -
It is possible that whatever fuel you filled up with at this other pump had a better cleaning additive which in turn has got rid of some of the carbon/soot build up and therefore is making your car run better.
Just out of curiosity which petrol station do you normally fill up at and which one did you fill up at before the slight increase in MPG?0
