Cancelling holiday

Hi all quick question regarding cancelling online purchases.
Correct me if wrong but can't you have a full refund within 7 days when making purchases online?
If this is true does this include holidays?

It depends on why you have to cancel and who the flights are with. If it is a lowcost carrier then the flights would have been paid at the time of booking, but the Travel Agent may refund the hotel cost minus a deposit. If it is travelling within 8 weeks then I wouldn't think you would get anything back.
Best to claim on your travel insurance.0
