How long do 'notice of corrections' stay?

I have checked my equifax online, and am waiting for my experian one to come in the post, however, on my equifax there is a notice of correction (apparently registered by me - which I didn't), anyway how long does that notice remain on my file? The correction mentions that my IVA was removed from the insolvency register. So even though m IVA is long gone from my file, I now have a notice on there that refers to the fact that I had one (completed) in the past.
I have spent months and months repairing my credit file, and putting my past behind me to move on, but have noticed that I now have that following me like an annoying fly.

You should take up the matter of how the Notice of Correction was added with Equifax as a matter of Data Protection if you do not believe you added it. Take it to the Information Commissioner if you gte no satisfaction. That is in addition to asking for it to be removed. It is IMO a quite serious matterYou might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'0
