Participation Process

1. The promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), Isle of Man and Channel Islands only, excluding employees and their families of Coca-Cola Great Britain, Coca-Cola Enterprises Limited, their agencies or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. This promotion is only open to individuals aged 18 years or over on date of promotion entry.
3. All guests of the winner must be 18 years or over on date of the event.
4. All participants in the prize must complete a Participation Agreement Form. Participants must return their completed form to Relentless Energy Drink, PO Box 1182, BS26 2WP 14 days from the date of their verbal acceptance of the prize.
5. Information regarding personal data provided in the entry will be collected, stored and processed in a database for the purpose of managing the promotion. Such information will not be used for any other purposes other than as stated in these terms and conditions or as separately accepted by you.
6. The promotion runs from 29th July, 2013 and ends at 23:59 on 06th October, 2013 (the 'Promotional Period').
7. A prize package consists of 11 tickets (1 winner plus 10 guests) plus travel allowance of £50 per person to an exclusive Relentless Energy Drink House Party hosted by Zane Lowe at a location in Brighton on the 14th December, 2013. 2 prize packages to be won each week during the promotional period of 10 weeks. 20 prize packages to be given away in total.
8. Winners of the Relentless Energy Drink House Party hosted by Zane Lowe tickets must be available to attend the event in Brighton on 14th December, 2013. Prize is date and event specific and cannot be postponed or transferred to a later date.
9. The prize package includes a £50 per person contribution towards travel expenses. The prize package does not include any accommodation costs which may be required. All additional costs and expenses in relation to taking up the prize, including , any spending money, meals and drinks, are the winners' and guests' own.
10. All winners will be sent by e-mail clear and detailed information about the winners' package. If e-mail is not available then a hard copy will be sent in the post.
11. All winners and guests may be subject to restrictions around recording of the event and agree to adhere to these restrictions as outlined by the Promoter in event information.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admittance or to eject anyone from the event appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances, or acting in a manner deemed inappropriate by the Promoter.
13. Purchase and internet access required to enter. Participation in the promotion is via online entry at relentlessenergy.com, using the unique 10 digit code found under the ringpull on promotional 500ml packs of Relentless Energy Drink.
14. If you are unable to read your unique code, or it is incomplete, please call the consumer helpline on 0800 227711.
15. Only valid codes will be accepted. All codes are subject to verification. Other manufacturer's references or printing errors do not constitute codes. Valid codes can only be entered once.
16. All participants into the promotion will receive an on screen confirm that their entry code has been successfully received and entered into the promotion.
17. 2 prize packages of 11 tickets to be won each week during the promotional period of 10 weeks. All 20 winners will be drawn under independent supervision at random from all valid entries received during that promotional week period. The first draw will take place on 5th August 2013. The last draw will take place on 7th October, 2013. A promotional week starts at 00:00 on the Monday of that week and ends at 23:59 on the Sunday of that week. All entries received before the 29th July, 2013 will be entered into the first draw. Winners will be contacted by the Promoter, by phone using the mobile number used for entry within 5 days of each draw. All entries received in the preceding week will be entered into that week's draw. Entries will not be rolled over into the following week. Maximum one prize per person.
18. The closing times to be entered into each draw are as follows;
    • 1st draw - 23:59 on the 4th August 2013
    • 2nd draw - 23:59 on the 11th August 2013
    • 3rd draw - 23:59 on the 18th August 2013
    • 4th draw - 23:59 on the 25th August 2013
    • 5th draw - 23:59 on the 1st September 2013
    • 6th draw - 23:59 on the 8th September 2013
    • 7th draw - 23:59 on the 15th September 2013
    • 8th draw - 23:59 on the 22nd September 2013
    • 9th draw - 23:59 on the 29th September 2013
    • 10th draw - 23:59 on the 6th October 2013
    • Bonus draw - 23:59 on the 7th January 2014
19. As the event is date, location and time specific winners will have 14 days in which to claim their prize by signing and agreeing to the Promoter's Participation Agreement Form and providing any necessary identification as requested by the Promoter for themselves and their guest.
20. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners. However, if a winner has not responded to notification within 14 days or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same process referred to above in these terms and conditions. This process will continue up to the 29th of October 2013 when the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw unallocated tickets from this promotion.
21. A bonus draw will take place on 7th January, 2014 and all valid entries received between 7th October, 2013 and 6th January, 2014 will be entered. The bonus draw prize fund consists of 10 x bags of Relentless Energy Drink merchandise including a Relentless Cotton Drawstring Bag, a Relentless T-shirt, a Relentless iPhone 4/4s cover, a Relentless Lanyard, a pair of Relentless Sunglasses, a Relentless Speaker Ball and some Relentless Festival Ear Plugs. The 10 winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision and contacted via phone using the mobile number used for entry within 5 days of the bonus draw.
22. Subject to clause 21 above, bonus draw winners will receive their prize within 28 days.
23. Prize winners' names and counties will be available to those sending an email request to relentlessenergydrink@thisisbd.com or alternatively, send a stamped addressed envelope to Relentless Energy Drink Promotion, BD Network, Tea Building, 56 Shoreditch High Street, London, E1 6PQ no later than 3 months after the 6th October 2013 (Closing Date).
24. Winners maybe required to part take in publicity relating to this promotion with no further recompense.
25. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available, in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any part of the prize package for an item of equal or greater value if it is unavailable for reasons outside of the Promoter's reasonable control.
26. Tickets to the event are non transferable and can only be used by the winners and their guests.
27. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes or any multiple entry attempts by any other means are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified and any prize award forfeited.

General

1. Limitations of liability. Neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
   • Any incorrect or inaccurate code entry, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
   • Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of codes at any point in the operation of this promotion.
   • Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.
   • Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet.
2. Regretfully, the promoter cannot be held liable for internet operator network failures. Neither can we be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.
3. Participation instructions form part of the Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the reward.
4. Owing to circumstances wholly outside the reasonable control of the promoter, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time where reasonably required and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion in whole or in part.
5. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
