I resigned from my job in April and I have still not recieved my p60, i called up HR and they said i would recieved on the next pay day 'may 18th' no show so i rang up and said i would recieve it end of May...no show.
So what can i do can i write a letter do my ex employer threatening court action or tribunal or something, as i am owed at least 100pounds in rebate, and obviously i need my p60 to prove it

i am not sure what you could do, but i did not get mine until late, just this past week. I usually get mine a lot earlier than this too.0

do you really mean a P45 ?
maybe you could ring your local tax office and ask for your P60, not sure what else you can do what you havnt already done

Most of the P60s seem to be issued later this year. I usually get mine in April but didn't get it till the end of May. i'd give them a week then call and ask to speak to the Head of HR.0

nope p60, you need it from your employer

You are correct - its is up to your employer to supply you with a P60, however, they also provide HMRC with the same information.
After you have spoken to the HR depatrment and DEMANDED your copy I suggest that contact HMRC with regards to the information that they are holding. The may still be able to calculate your rebate.

Your employer should have provided your P60 by the end of May. They also should have provided the same details on a P14 to the revenue by 19th May.
However if you have your last payslip of the 06/07 tax year you could send that to your tax office and ask them to review the year re a possible refund of overpaid tax. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
