The review certainly isn't making me want to rush out and buy one. Not that the thought of a console running Android appealed to me in the first place.

Glad I didn't back this on kickstarter.

I'll probably pick one up at some point. Every console comes with a Developers Kit, and OH is a programmer, and I'm a software tester so we want to see what we can come up with for it.

I doubt it would ever become my everyday console, but it will probably be good for some quick casual game sessions when you have a spare 15 mins to waste.

I saw the kickstarter for it. Looks interesting.

I won't be purchasing, from what I've read it runs very slow and no really a fan of the games playable on it.

Not for me, I don't think, and the review does it no favours.

Not a very glowing review. So I'll keep my £99 and spend it on PS4 games lol!

It's not a serious gamers machine, it's merely an attempt to latch onto the mobile gaming buzz and turn it into a home type thing.

No, no need for another console, Ouya seems more like mobilt games shoehorned onto something to use with the TV. You can get android sticks to do that already.

£100 to £120 buys a used Xbox or PS3 and theres a load of used games out there for both of the consoles.

I've never been that impressed by the prospect. Considering how blisteringly fast the mobile market moves, this will be out of date so painfully quickly. It's just a mid-powered android device you plug into your tv.

Seems a bit pointless to me.

I liked the concept when I first saw it but after thinking a bit more I don't think it is something I buy. I have a Galaxy S4 that I sometimes play a few games on but I play mainly in 10/15 minutes bursts when I am out and about. I can't think of 1 time I have actually played an android game at home.

The kids do play android games at home but they play them on their tablets, a console like this just means they would hog the TV. I don't think it will do too badly when it launches because due to impulse buyers but I can't see it becoming a household must have or something that will ever get developed beyond the first gen.
