Vauxhall zafira squeak?

Hi im hoping a petrol head can help me.
I have a 59 plate zafira bought in November last year, today while driving I noticed a squeak which seems to be coming from the front wheels. It is intermittent and stops when I brake.
The car sat for about an hour while we had some tea and when I started it up and drove (30 miles) there was no squeak?
I'm clueless with cars but I have a feeling I'm gonna learn now.
Thanks in advance for the help.

Most probably just dust that you might try to clear with a jet of water from a hose but might also be coming from dry anti squeel plates behind the pads. If it hasn't been serviced it might be an idea to have a look for pad wear anyway and while the wheels are off pop the pads out, clean and re lube.0

Probably just a brake pad sticking/rubbing.
Do a couple of emergency stops with hard braking should clear it.
Obviously do this safely.
If not Check the pads as above.0
