Car Parking Partnership ticket

Hi everyone.

I'm new to the forum, I just bought a motorbike few days ago and then, immediately a fine...

I would like to be sure it's not a fake since I'm new in the UK and in case is true if is there any way of avoiding it since it's ridiculously expensive for parking a motorcycle inside white lines. There was a sign (which I have not seen since it was hidden.).

Here's the ticket:

Thank you for the help.

When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

You've left the time and date of the ticket on the image, see my signature below.

With this its advised to wait until the Notice to Keeper arrives which must be with you between day 28-56 of the ticket. You can then make a challenge to them, if rejected you can use popla the independent appeals with our help.

Fixed, can you please update the link?

I'm just afraid I'm gonna have to pay the full amount instead of the reduced one. How many are the chances to win?

    Changed link

You are not going to pay anything for this providing you follow the advice here. This invoice is a scam like all from this company.

  • Hello everyone,

I apologise if I'm breaking any rules or etiquette, but am totally new to forums and hoping I could get some advice.

I parked in a hospital car park (run by Car Parking Partnership) recently, paid for parking and displayed my ticket. I got a parking ticket 2 minutes before my P&D ticket was due to expire. The photograph 'evidence' that shows up on the company's website is also timed 50 seconds before my P&D expired. I know it is a matter of seconds, however I intend on writing to the company, refusing to pay on the grounds of this, as well as the £100 fee being disproportionate.

I have not yet passed the 28 day mark in which to make an 'appeal'.

I'm making use of the Private Dispute template on the MSE website. is there anything else I should bare in mind?

    Many thanks,

    Yes, bear in mind:

    - do not use the 'private dispute template' on the actual website!

    - start your own thread please, see my signature below for where to click to see the current forum full of other threads and a blue 'new thread' button at the top.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Why not read other threads? Everyone asks that question every day and I can NEVER understand why anyone thinks it matters what the 'full amount' is!

YOU WILL NOT BE PAYING THIS.

We have a 100% success rate at the moment with POPLA appeals - but read other threads please not just your own. See my signature below for information one where to click to see the new threads each day. So much info on any other PPC thread, not just CPP ones.

I've just received the Notice to keeper, should I do anything now or shall I just ignore it, too?

Seriously, if you want to understand the process and win this appeal in the end, I would suggest you read the forum, current threads as you don't seem to know what to do next and as it's holiday period, your replies are not being noticed. You could find out what to do by reading any other thread on the first few pages!

No-one said to ignore a NTK. Send your challenge and start reading up about strong POPLA appeals. There is no substitute for reading other threads about any PPC and appeals and POPLA.
