Tomorrow is the day I need to hand my notice in to terminate my tenancy in August rather than September, I was pushing for exchange of contracts on the house I'm buying today but one of the solicitors isn't available until tomorrow. Apparently everyone is ready to exchange, no problems, just has to be tomorrow not today.

If we don't exchange tomorrow in time for me to hand my notice in I need to delay completion by a month as I can't afford to pay for two houses for an entire extra month.

This is killing me, I can't wait for this whole process to be over!
