Lost Account Details

Hello,
This is my 1st post so be kind! I had a loan with HFC bank many years ago (about 20!) I was self employed when I took out the loan and after about a year I couldn't find any work, so I tried to claim on my PPI but they said I couldn't because I was self employed! I told them I was self employed when I took the loan out and they said I would be covered if I couldn't find any work. Trouble is I cannot find my account number for the loan. How do I go about finding it?
