How to claim Carcraft PPI

Options
After sorting through my car finance paperwork I came across a policy for PPI via carcraft. After looking at the payments it seems the payments were made at the same time as the car loan so one payment a month came out my bank.

Wasn't aware that I had ppi tbh and after checking all the paperwork which I have I cant see anywhere where I signed to say I wanted PPI etc.

Would I be better off sending the letter in step 1 in case I'm missing some paperwork. After looking at a statement from HP Company there was an amount added each month which i'm assuming relates to the PPI.

First time in doing this so just wanted to make sure I did it right.

Also is there a way to work out how much I could be looking at claiming back??

Thanks for any help

If it was sold before January 14th 2005 your complaint can be dismissed as they weren't regulated.
If you have the account number and proof you paid it, just send the forms in anyway, you don't need the agreement, that's just in case you don't know if you paid PPI or not.

Send the complaint to the branch of Carcraft that you used.

No, if you've filled in the questionnaire, it should cover everything anyway
