hurray! Finally went wireless today after 1 year of struggling with Linksys!

some of you may have read my post the other day about having had Linksys Gateway for a year and never having been able to go wireless, despite various housemates trying at various times.
Well, today I finally decided to call the Linksys helpline (0800 number - free, right?!) - got through to India, spoke with a very pleasant and highly informed chappy, who talked me through the whole operation - took an hour on the phone with him, but we did it! Wonderful! He made my day, no, my year! (and he was easy to understand. Even better!).
So, thanks to those who offered some help.

But if you do you can report them and get them prosecuted because it's illegal
