For a chance to win this fantastic family holiday to Wales, simply fill in the form by 11.55pm on Friday 16 August 2013.

Special terms and conditions:
1) The prize will be issued in the form of a gift voucher up to the value of £600. The gift voucher may be used as full payment or part payment of a cottage holiday with Sykes Cottages Ltd. If the value of the cottage booked is less than £600, no refund of the difference shall be made.
2) The prize includes self-catering accommodation for up to four people with any combination of family or adult group (but not same sex groups) at one of the east of England cottages featured on the Sykes Cottages website or brochure. Visit http://www.sykescottages.co.uk/east-anglia-cottages.html for cottages. Please check the amenities section of your chosen cottage for the inclusion of linen and/or if a refundable good housekeeping deposit is required. Not all cottages require a refundable good housekeeping deposit to be paid. For cottages that do, payment will need to be made by the winner. All cottages are subject to availability.
3) The winner will be required to contact the Marketing Department at Sykes Cottages to arrange delivery of the hamper at least two weeks before the first day of their cottage break is due to start.
4) The prize must be taken two years from the voucher issue date and is subject to availability. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash in full or part, or replaced if lost or damaged.
5) Travel, meals, beverages, spending money, any activities for which a fee is payable and any other additional expenditures are not included.
6) Neither Tesco or the prize supplier are liable for costs or expenses sustained outside of what is described, insofar as such liability can be limited in law.
