Just remember. Just one choc bar a day means you eat an additional days worth of calories per week

Eh? There are around 200 calories in a single bar of chocolate. 200 * 7 = 1400. Nowhere near a whole day's calories!

Depends on the bar, mars is about 330

Anyway 1400 is not really that far from 2000
