I have 2 separate problems/ questions please.

ok so I had a silver account with Lloyds for a few years(think it was called something else then) my husband was self employed and I found out he wouldn't be covered for unemployment etc so cancelled it.
Now here is my problem I had occasion to claim to have my phone repaired when it broke on the same insurance,can I still start a claim to get my payments back.
