Ah - that's a very good question. I was asking this of my sister-in-lay just recently. She lives up in Cheshire in a very nice house beside a trout stream. I do not like fishing much but my OH adores it and he was only too glad to go up and see her and was looking forward to getting his rod out.
Of course, the weather up there can be a little unseasonal at this time of the year so I had to spend quite a while packing as we were only taking my small car and it does not have a lot of room for luggage, This is the only downside to it as I love it, although my OH states that it is a "hairdressers car" which is a bit funny as my neighbours is a hairdresser but he does not have a car anything like mine. In fact he has a Volvo and I have never liked those as they always look "boxy".
Anyhoo, getting back to the question, I think that you need to consider what is the time that is being "wasted" and is this really the case or are you and the other person simply "communicating on a different level"? My OH and I got into Transactional Analysis a few years ago, when our relationship was in a small amount of trouble. I personally thought that the whole TA thing was a waste of time but my OH stated that it was all useful and that he would henceforth be using it, even at a business level. He is a Director of an IT company and is always looking for new angles on how to drive the geeks harder to produce more lines of code in the shortest possible time. I have told him the old story about IBM and the KLOCS (K [thousands] Of Lines of Code) classification of managers and he said that IBM were a lumbering dinosaur who deserved everything that they got and that the new Raptors (i.e. himself) would rip them to pieces if they ever tried to muscle in on his territory. Personally I think that I should ease up on the steak for his dinner and try to get him into Quorn. I personally like this meat substitute and make a mean spag bol from it.
Anyway, I think that just about answers your question. Please do not hesitate to ask any follow-up questions that you have as I am always here and keen to assist you in any way. I like to think that I spread joy and happiness with postings like these....I am a cow so cannot speak Bullshine but I do recognise its smell when I come upon it.0 -

Chavs and people who are bored with nothing else to do (trolls) will be using this to their advantage to get their sick kicks out of you.
I've told you twice now. If you continue to publish this fact on ebay then you do so at your own peril.
i dont state this on ebay or on the ad what i meant is when they are interested in buying the item for example they say when best i tell them due to the fact i have to collect it will be 2 days time but if they need it badly i go same day and collect the item ready for the evening0 -

Right ok...atarisrocks wrote: »they say when best i tell them due to the fact i have to collect it will be 2 days time but if they need it badly i go same day and collect the item ready for the evening
Same thing. Trolls will still take advantage of this knowledge. Don't tell anyone you have to go and collect it, just say you're not free until Xday. The moment you mention having to go and collect it, you've given someone a licence to intentionally wind you up.0 -
You could ask for a deposit payable through Paypal, for buyer protection to kick in the payment has to be for the full amount in one payment.
Unless they've changed it, worth taking a look on Papypal.0
