To be in with a chance of winning, simply fill in the form by 11.55pm on Monday 5 August 2013.
Special terms and conditions:
1. The prize is valid for a family of four, or four people sharing, and must be taken by Thursday 7 November 2013. A minimum of one adult aged 18 or over must be part of the winner's party.
2. Prize is based on a one-night stay in standard accommodation at either the Alton Towers or Splash Landings Hotel, and is subject to availability.
3. The prize includes two-day entry to the Alton Towers theme park and waterpark, evening meal, and breakfast the following day. Due to forces outside our control, we cannot guarantee that all rides and attractions will be available during the winner's visit.
4. There is no cash alternative.
5. Travel, meals other than stated, beverages and spending money are not included.
6. Closing date for receipt of all entries is 23.55 GMT 5/08/2013.
7. Neither Tesco or the prize supplier are liable for costs or expenses sustained outside of what is described, insofar as such liability can be limited in law.
