Heating System Upgrade

3 bed, hall entrance terrace house....quote as follows:

To provide an efficient heating system with A rated boiler with a five year warranty.
To provide two independent heating zones, one for heating and one for hot water with programmable temperature control.
To provide an unvented domestic hot water cylinder to supply the house with pressurised hot water.
To upgrade the existing gas supply from the current meter position to the new boiler position.
To upgrade the incoming stop tap with a new stop !!!!.

To decommission:
 Existing hot water cylinder and storage tank in roof where necessary and remove from site.
 Existing boiler, radiators where necessary and storage tank in roof and remove from site.

To supply and fit
External works
 22mm temperature and pressure relief from cylinder to discharge over kitchen extension lean to.
 15mm pressure relief from boiler to outside
 Horizontal balanced flue from boiler to outside

Hot and Cold water systems
 210l stainless steel unvented hot water cylinder with independent hot water temperature control in accordance with building control regulation part L1 and G3
 All pipework in association to the cylinder and hot and colds to be done in copper.
 Upgrade the ceased incoming stop !!!! with a new brass stopcock. Install pressure reducing valve in downstairs cloakroom. (The unvented cylinder normally requires a 22mm cold supply from source to cylinder. This quotation does not include this as customer is going to see how the performance goes on existing 15mm supply.)
 Hot and cold spur pipework for possible loft extension
Heating system
 30 kw CDI Worcester Bosch fully modulating boiler with 5 years parts and labour guarantee ( on the basis its serviced on a yearly basis)
 Associated pipework in copper and controls, 2 zone valves
 3 naturally convective heat emitters with thermostatic control in downstairs lounge and dining room
 Change upstairs valves to thermostatic valves on heat emitters.
 Magnetic sludge remover (can be removed from price if you so wish, but
a really good recommendation to prolong the life of your boiler)

Testing
 Gas pipework to be tested to gas safety regulations.
 All pipework to be tested for one hour prior to introduction of water
 To carry out commissioning of boiler, heating and unvented to manufactures instructions, gas safety regulations and building regulations
 To perform a hot chemical flush with central heating cleaner and refill system with central heating inhibitor.
