A week after I enquired about a late delivery they rang to check to see if I have it!!! (marvelously quick I think not!)
They keep quoting terms and conditions about their next delivery isn't guaranteed so that's ok then?
What's the point?

You're complaining that they contacted you concerned you hadn't received your packet?
Sounds like they did the right thing to me.0 -

It obviously isn't important enough for them!
I don't get it, you complain of a late delivery and they call you a week later to ask if you have now got it.....???
Had it arrived in that week....?0 -

They said they would call me back after finding out where it was but they left me guessing. (as late)
So I would have thought it would be reasonable for them to call me back the same day or early the next day!
They are clearly not up to the job.0 -
Did you not think to call them back after the first day of them not meeting your expectations.....?
This is call centre staff who 'with best endeavours' are not the best at 'the personal customer service'.0 -
