How strange? I've ordered a 3ds xl through my dad and no phone call yet. Had our accounts same sort of length of time, ran in the same way as you and I've never known them do that before. Might explain why a lot of the high value items are still in stock or only recently sold out?

I had a security check call too, and they tried to ask me what the card number was that I used, but the Next card doesn't have one?? First time I've been phoned, although its the first time I've spent that much too!!

Surely they know with the sale people spend an awful lot more. I regularly spend approx £1000 in the sale and only remember once getting a call, very odd

I've not been called either and I bought a £400 iPad. I was hoping not to pay for it until I actually had it. My account was clear and I have £5k in available credit. I can pay for it but I'd rather not. What happens if you don't have the available cash - you are buying on credit from Next.

Also I've bought furniture that cost way more than that with no problem and just paid as usual when the bill came in.

Can anyone tell me 'when the items I have ordered will show on my account? '

Some of the items are showing but i'm sure not all of the items I ordered are on there (though I cant remember exactly what I did order), do only the items that are in stock (ready to dispatch) show up?

I cant get my e-mails as I have changed email (and forgot to change it on my account) so am panicking that not all the items are showing up.

Also some of the items I ordered have gone through twice, anyone else have this?

I've just remembered my slot is tomorrow at 6am and I haven't even looked at the sale preview yet!! :rotfl:

I've been a customer for years and years and never had the first sale slot. It's no big deal to me though and I have had bad experiences with sale items, ordered a pair of trainers and been sent 1 trainer! A light that was smashed, a shirt with lipstick on it. Most of the non clothing items are way over priced to start with, even some of the sale priced stuff is really over priced. My advise is to search around before thinking you have a great deal, often you can find it elsewhere for cheaper. For those who haven't managed to get a slot, don't worry. When they do updates over the next few weeks, I have ALWAYS managed to get what I have wanted. The site up dates around 3-4 am and in a few weeks there will be a massive update, most sale items can be found in that update.

Yep, I've just done my order and still some 3ds xl in stock

Can I ask how much they were? I doubt they'll still be there tomorrow first thing though.
