Tesco Ink Recycling - Change of terms after attempted use of service.

I sent 4 ( 2 each in 2 seperate envelopes) of the accepted Canon cartridges and waited and waited for the points, which never came. I e mailed Tesco and they gave me the e mail address of the recycling place. I e mailed them and they replied saying they only have record of receiving 2 cartridges and these two didn't pass the tests. So no points awarded. I don't remember if they mentioned these so called tests before. Very bad service.0
