Over bath shower

This may be a really stupid question but I have no clue on DIY!
I have just moved into a house that has a bath but no shower. The bathroom is all quite newly done and I wondered how easy it is to install an over bath shower without having to redo all the tiling etc? I have an instantaneous water heater.
Thanks in advance

It depends whether your water pressure is enough really!
When you say you have instant hot water I presume you mean a combi boiler?
If so then this should be adaquate.
Dont go the route of installing an expensive shower that needs pipework buried in the walls behind the tiles.
The simplest solution (providing you have enough pressure!) is to swap the bath taps over for a nice shower/mixer which you can get for £40-50!

You should be able to get a plumber to install one like this within an hours call out unless there are complications!I was going to put the name of my plumbing business here so you know what I do should I give out any advice plumbing wise - however apparently I cant do that - go figure!!!!!

Thank you. For some reason that link wouldn't work. The bath actually already has mixer taps with shower attachment so I guess I could just put up a riser rail?
I had initially been thinking of something like this the Fosse & Stratton Traditional Design Rain Shower Kit Chrome ( sorry the forum wont let me post links) but didn't know how easy it would be?0 -

it is no more difficult than any other form of riser rail. All you are doing is drilling holes for the screws to fix the thing to the wall
however as you are drilling through (ceramic) tiles then either you need to use one of these http://www.screwfix.com/p/tile-glass-drill-bit-set-3pcs/53634 or be very careful !!!!0
