Reclaiming PPI

Is it possible to reclaim PPI although a finance company has made payment arrangements with those you owe money to? A small amount is being paid off each month.

Following on from this: if the normal repayments were missed (defaulted) can I still make a ppi claim? It was around 2008 that the cards and loan were taken out

Yes, but again, depending on the state of the debt and whether they sold it outright or passed it along, any redress could be used against that first.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
