NPB case

Hi everyone,
I've had to open an NPB case after waiting a week for payment - I did send an email the next day thanking the winner for their bid, and a few days later I sent a payment reminder.
Now it says I can close the case by the 3rd, but I tried to close case today as no payment or contact and I would like to relist. But it won't let me? its giving me option to say I have recieved payment and then close case but not no payment and close case.
Any help please, what am I doing wrong? Others have mentioned you can close case after 4 days and that was what I wanted to do.

You can close 4 days after opening.

Well today's the 2nd so that's your problem.
It needs to be exactly 4 days after, to the date and time that you opened it.0 -

No it was opened on the 29th around 5am (couldn't sleep due to baby waking up every little while) so today would be the fourth day - or am I counting it wrong?
No woudn't relist until case closed incase buyer paidup.0 -
So its only 3 days, not the 4 you need.
Day 1 is the 30th
Day 2 is the 1st
Day 3 is the 2nd (today)
Day 4 is tomorrow after 5 am.
Close it tomorrow and relist
