Hi, its been a while I know but has this issue been resolved? In the parking regulations of aber uni it states that if a vehicle contravenes the regulations, in the first instance a warning will be issued. I got a ticket myself but never had a warning issued beforehand. I believe the uni are breaking their own terms and conditions and am trying to find people who have received tickets so that I have a case to take to trading standards

Why don't you just read the forum sticky threads at the top and learn how to appeal and win like this newbie did:

No need for most of the new threads we get here...almost every case is the same & easily won. You don't have to find another from the same car park (irrelevant).
