Looks OK to me. Here's another version about a PPC's unclear signage which had a bit more substance if you like that sort of thing!

You should also insist that Excel show pics of the contemporaneous signs (dated pictures and detailed, dated maps) showing what was there when the parking incident occurred. And explain in their evidence why they made changes.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
