More hotmail issues than normal?

Hi everyone, is anyone else struggling with Hotmail more than usual today, it's driving me nuts :mad:

It's taking forever to log in, then I can open 1, possibly 2 emails before it crashes and I have to start over :mad::mad:

Ah! so it's not just mine then, I've had nothing but bother since they did the new layout. Takes ages to load, says it can't connect and doesn't show me all the emails when they arrive! have had a hot mail account for twelve years and it's never let me down till now .

Signing into hotmail has become such a hassle as of late.

It's awful isn't it! Today seems to be much worse for some reason though.

I would change to a different email but the hassle of changing my email address with all the different competition people makes me feel sick lol.

yes outlook has me pulling my hair out too! its ridiculous in this day and age they have it running so crap imo i too had trusty hotmail for years n years dont know if i`ll hold out with outlook much longer!!

I totally despair with it and agree with everyone else its useless. I would change my email but can't stand the thought of changing every account.

OMG! I thought it was just me! I'm soooooo grateful to you guys for posting. I'm using Outlook via it's web. It took well over an hour for my emails to show today! I'm wondering whether changing to gmail would be any better?

Bizarrely I can get on it ok on the ipad but not on the PC?

It's been rubbish since they switched it to outlook, even when it does connect the number of times I select e-mails to delete and it just does nothing for ages before getting something like "sorry cannot connect to outlook right now".
I seem to get far more spam since the switch to outlook as well (canadian meds and the blasted knife ones have started up again).

iPad stalls more often than not. Delete doesn't always connect and sending can crash! :mad:

Logging on via PC often just shows just a blank white page and too many f5's throws up invalid password :mad:


I am using GM more and it's a breeze on the iPad/iPod as messages come in on their own accord with a wee sound. :j


As others have said it'll be hard to leave hotmail as too many businesses etc. have my email

It's be happening to me too folks, stupid thing. Quite a few times too over the last few days.
And they managed to pee me off even more by announcing that 'linking' is to be discontinued, so if you have more that one Hotmail account - I'm assuming most of us have one for comping and one for family - then you will have to log out of one account and log into another IYSWIM, they are getting rid of the drop down box that lets you hop from one to another.

It's just like Facebook, you get used to one thing and they change it...LEAVE THINGS ALONE!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad:
