Yesterday we launched a competition to win a home makeover with £10,000 of John Lewis gift vouchers & £10,000 worth of instant win prizes. Unfortunately we experienced a glitch & gave away more prizes than we planned. We have now resolved the technical problem and it is operating properly. We would like to reassure everyone who has won to-date that we will be honouring all prizes. Winners will receive a confirmation email detailing their prize within the next 24 hours.

The competition is scheduled to run until 31st December 2013 so we have relaunched and re-stocked the prize bundle with a full set of instant win prizes to the value of £10,000.

Again, we are really sorry for any confusion caused and would like to reassure everyone that all prize wins to date will be honoured.

I've just received my email from them asking for my contact details. It does, however, say that I've won '£50 of john Lewis vouchers' when the Facebook app said and still says that I won £100! Obviously it's generous of them to offer anything when there was a glitch, I was just wondering if the same has happened to anyone else?
I emailed back saying I just wanted to check it was £50 not £100 because money is really tight for me at the mo and if there has been some error I thought it'd be best to ask, but I feel really rude for doing it

Yes, I got the same email about winning £50 John Lewis vouchers too (screenshot says £100 ). Interesting to see what they say.

UPDATE-now when I go the Facebook App for Kumala it says I have won £50! I did keep a screen shot when I originally won though...
