i work in the outskirts of london and often find parking! but when working in a new area it would be good if i could find out where i can park or what restrictions there are!

When you say help, what exactly do you mean?

I can give you guidance on hosting and could even help you with HTML, Javascript, ASP.net etc...

Or are you completely starting from scratch, having never set up a web site before at all?

I think the thing you have to remember is that a lot of residential areas will be free parking, and rather a lot of them are going to be narked when they come home and CAN'T PARK near their own homes because of tight-bottys who can't be bothered to take the bus / train / car-share or pay for a proper car park!!!!

well, I'm up for it. I can't give a whole lot of time to it though (2 kids, 1 band and a full time job).

I was thinking of setting up a site where people can offer/request lifts to work, to save money on fuel etc...
Perhaps we could combine the 2.

We need to find some very cheap hosting, as, I am very skint.
