I need a volunteer to help a defendant in court in a couple of months time, in the West Wales area.
It's a claim from a well known PPC, and very defendable.
If anyone who knows their way round the County Court system would like to take this one on, please send me a PM.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

Just to tag onto this thread, any regular on here who can attend court with this guy (Huddersfield area) please pm me as I think his court date with Excel is coming up and I have been in touch with him on pepipoo. Very defendable again:

That was before October last year, since then a couple of ppc's are using the threat of court to extract even more money from motorists.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

I hope exel get what they deserve just like in stockport.
PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:0
