She can get it from anyone... just needs to do homework first.. I made the mistake of ringing british gas to ask who my company was... they asked for a few details on the house etc. and before I knew it.. I was signed up!0

the thing is she thought it was npower, she rang them when she first got the keys (feb) they can and changed the meter and put £25 on it until her key can.
She has had some work to do on it b4 she moved in, she put £10 last week and it left her with £3 on this week the same, so she phoned npower to see if she could just pay in off straight away. and they said they dont suppier her!!!savings for 2012.. New year new me.. Going to save save save... and not spend spend spend. :rotfl:

Scottish Power wrote to me saying I'm on a pre-pay.
I'm not.
I managed after calling several numbers to get to the one below (EDF) who gave me my MPAN code but still can't get a response from Scottish Power.
Irony:
I want to get my power from Scottish Power!Trying to save money to err... spend it...0 -
if your mpan still shows on the mpas register as pre pay and it's not pre pay. They should send someone out to do an onsite check to update the mpas register. This is rare but occasionally happens when the meters are changed from credit to pre pay0
