anyone trying to get hold of 9holidays??

I booked a holiday to salou last week with 9 holidays I haven' received any kind of confirmation just had the payment to them and Ryan air come out of my account I have gone to call them today as its been 6 days with no email or confirm of any kind and all the numbers either just a dead line or say the number doesn't exist I am panicking badly as I'm meant to be going 23rd of I've rang atol, crystal travel and now I have no idea what to do or where I go????

Have you tried emailing them or using the 'live chat' on their website? It says they are 'on-line'.

What did ATOL say?

What do Crystal Travel have to do with it?

Crystal Travel are another trading name according to Atol Website.

But the Atol website states that the website that matches ATOL 3517 that 9holidays are advertising is for 9flights.co.uk not 9holidays

If you really booked holiday with 9Holidays why can't you mention Lead Passenger Name and Booking ID if possible i can help you out.

I booked with them in the month of May and completed my vacation successfully without any issues.
You said you tried phone number but didn't mention it which number you tried. I spoke with two guys, I remember, Mr Paul and Marcus.
Have you tried this toll free 0800 058 8205 or 0207 101 0378 can be seen on the page of 9holidays.
Why don't you send a mail regarding the issues to admin@9holidays.co.uk

I tried both these numbers when I first read the OP's post.

Both are not in service.

One rings (can't remember which one) and then an operator says something like 'the other party has hung up'.
