Parking Terms UKPC

I was wondering do signs in a car park need to state how you accept the terms and conditions in place?

E.G. "By parking here you agree to the terms and conditions in place."

Read here http://www.britishparking.co.uk/write/Documents/AOS/AOS_CoP_June_2013_update.pdf Appendix B Signage and also the POFA 2012. That says what has to appear where.

You seem to be concentrating on one issue - possibly taking this lot too seriously?

You do realise UKPC are a joke and are generally seen to be not compliant with the BPA Code of Practice regarding their signs and documents? Nor do they ever take anyone to Court.

And do you know that if you are in time you can take them to POPLA after an initial appeal? If it's a recent fake PCN with POPLA still available please don't write your own POPLA appeal without advice unless you are a lawyer or very confident in your own points. We have examples and info about winning POPLA appeals, all over the forum such as in the links in post #15 here:

HTH, there's much more to this than your single question...:)
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
