Not clearly visible

Hi
I bought a parking ticket at a country park, my three-year-old daughter wanted to put it in the car & I let her but foolishly didn't check whereabouts she put it! She put it in the recess under the handbrake. So I got a fine. Is there any way I can contest this? It wasn't "clearly visible" so they have got me really. Can I request to see the photos they would have taken?
Thanks

They have not 'got you' at all.

On the contrary, YOU will get THEM at POPLA if this is a private parking company (PPC). Read some recent threads and you will see you must do NOTHING AT ALL yet. You do not respond in any way to a windscreen fake PCN unless this is a company or hire vehicle. You wait for the postal 'Notice to Keeper'.

While waiting read current threads here about appeals and POPLA and let us know when you get the NTK in a month or two. Which PPC scammer?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
