step 1: get a contactless card.

step 2: get a large (and rather vicious) dog(Alsatians are good).

step 3: feed card to dog.

step 4: when tempted to purchase, will now have to scan dog to make payment.

Conclusion: dog may well bite or worse during transaction, may also create mess on shop counters. Added bonus: looking ridiculous whilst trying to buy a pair of shoes from asda by swiping a dog.

This gets my vote as by far the best yet :T

    1. Obtain a crisp clean envelope that has a 'peel off' adhesive stripe covering
    2. Carefully slice/cut the card into 2 pieces ensuring that the 'chip' is cut though for maximum security.
    3. Write the name/adress of the card company in clear easy to understand english so that Royal Mail can't possibly get it wrong
    4. Place both card parts into the envelope
    5. Include a 'with compliments' slip
    6. Ensure that before you seal the envelope, you write on the with compliments slip 'stick it up your ar**'
    7. Expect no action from the card company as Royal Mail will have lost the envelope
