Aldi - Not Keen on Refunds

You don't go to Lidl or Aldi if you are in a hurry. It's accepted that no free bags and cheaper prices mean you have to queue longer.

I agree that Lidl are slow. The one near me only seems to have one person on the till whenever I've gone in. I queue for ages but then I'm through the checkout in a couple of minutes.

Aldi are amazing. The lack of free bags is a none issue because they put your items back into your trolley and you move out of the way to pack them? The queues might be longer in the two Aldis near me but the staff get through them a lot quicker. I hate having to go to one of the big supermarkets now because the staff seem so slow in comparison.

I'm always in my local Aldi buying things for work and there's never been a problem when I've needed to return/swap things. It's usually when I've brought 20 boxes of one thing and accidentally picked up another thing that is stacked next to it with a near identical label.
