We are looking at using one of there hotels and been looking at there website to find out what there payment rules are.
So i would like to know when you book do they take full payment at the time of booking or do they take payment from card on the day of break?
also if they take payment at the time of booking do you then have to like pay again when you get there as i have heard of some hotels that take payment when you book to keep a room for you then when you get there you pay again but money that was taken at time of booking goes back into you bank account.
any help please.

I don't know specifically for Britannia, but it is usual that there are a choice of tariffs, some changeable, some unchangeable, but pretty much always fully paid in advance when booking online (with the best prices). With some hotel tariffs you reserve the booking with your credit (only gets charged if you don't show up), but can settle with your choice of card on departure.
You will usually be asked for a credit card 'imprint' or 'pre-authorisation' which is required as a deposit against in-room dining, minibar, adult movies/PPV, putting the bar tab 'on your room', etc.0 -
Have you read tripadvisor?Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0

Avoid like the plague. Book with a proper hotel instead.0
