Opening FlexDirect account online question

Hi,

Does anyone remember when they opened their FlexDirect account if they got an email as a receipt?

Because i opened one this afternoon but clicked to apply for the credit card but then exited it, because i couldn't go back. I dont know if this has cancelled my entire application of the FlexDirect account or not.

I didn't get an email, but I did get a result of the application.

If you didn't get "Approved", "Declined" or "Deferred", then it might not have processed correctly.

Well i got to the confirmation stage and it said
"We are please to confirm that your FlexDirect Account application has been approved."

Then it said what happens next about getting docs to sign in the next 5 working days and send back in. Then it said about a credit card offer.

I've got the record of everything because i always print these online forms to PDFs, but an email or text is always helpful as it confirms its being processed.

    Maybe its gone though then.

i did not get any email when i set mine up i had not held a Nationwide account for a few years either.

i got the "We are please to confirm that your FlexDirect Account application has been approved." message as well. then a few days later started to get the card, pin, card reader etc. in the post.

i was told i had to sign some paperwork and send it back but never had this? and when i called Nationwide to find out my customer number they said i had to go to a branch and show some ID but not done this as no where in any paper work says this?

i have now put over £1700 in the account and am using the online banking.
