in IVA & DRO
If there was an increase in wages which is set to make life way more bearable then it ever was, actually has ever been, can I just take my DRO back (ends in 2 weeks) yeah I know I plan new job very well
thats life!!! I've done it! causing lots of controversy along the way no doubt
I've no idea where my debts are at, just concious this change is occuring before the end really and now changes everything? is it to late

If more income means you will budget for more expenditure, the IS may accept the changes and allow the the DRO to finish.
Contact your intermediary ASAP, and as they know your situation they can advise you further...0 -
Thank you for answering, I'm going to try and email so it is in writing taking no chances just remembering how on the fence the IS gets, it will be year end of next week, it is more on a professional level as I don't want this creeping back on me in anyway if I do nothing - will my name be of the IS register on the anniversary then or can it be extended further 3 months to enable them to see change? I'm don't know why I had 12 but 15 months term is now springing to mind!
Thanks again0 -

Do not contact the IS yet, speak to your intermediary first (the debt advisor who did your DRO for you)
Have the changes taken place yet? or have you been told things will change in 1 month for example?
The 15 month rule is simply how long your details will be on the insolvency register for. The DRO is 12 months, black and white, they cannot lengthen the term of the order itself.0
