Halifax paper statements. When do we receive them?

Some time in May, i changed my statement preferences to be paper as i need a paper statement but it wont let me 'order' one despite it offering the service online. I was happy enough to wait.
Well, it's the last day of June today. Other family members have received their paper statements. I'm just wondering where on earth my June statement is.
So when are these sent out?
It's a joint account i've set up to be paper statement - so if the other account holder is paperless, does that mean i'm out of luck, or does their preference on their account not matter to mine?

You may need to ask them to load a statement date on their systems for your account and then ask them to order one for you, otherwise you might only get one when you have filled up a sheet with transactions.0
