I'm using my second Vaio; have had it two years and replaced the first Vaio after three years, with no problems whatsoever. In fact I accidentally dropped the first PC on a marble hearth and it fell quite heavily. Apart from the lid becoming slightly 'bent', the machine performed perfectly afterwards.
I only replaced it as I wanted a Sony with the new LCD screen, the first machine is also used occassionally but has only a small hard drive.
My computer is always being used and Your Sony should have definitely lasted much, much longer. I wish you success with the claim.0 -
I literally love MSE lol (not particulary the new look) it's briliant how we can get different points of view, advice and tips! Appreciate it everyone
