Occasionally when I am in a call, the call gets dropped and 'Connection Error' is displayed on the screen. Is this something which is down to the phone or the network?

I don't suppose they give you a loaner phone while you're getting yours checked over? I'm tempted to call them about it but afraid of getting left with nothing.
