Definite shill bidding - if you report it to eBay, I can pretty guarantee they will try to tell you it's pure coincidence and your confidence in eBay Trust and Safety should be unshakable!

I reported a blatant husband and wife team shilling each other's items recently but ebay don't really want to know.

Unfortunately, when it comes to protecting the innocent, they never do.

Ebay don't care about shill bidding - they make more money the higher the auction goes.

When shill bidding was exposed a few years back all ebay did was to mask the bidders identities with * symbols so that it could safely carry on. They've done nothing to stop it but done plenty to encourage it.

With the increase of the mobile ebay apps, I find there are more and more bad sellers. I've had nearly 10 non performing sellers over the past 6 months, most recently I won and paid for something on the 1st July, I checked My Ebay today to see if it's been posted, turns the seller has relisted the item without a word! Rude
