There was a property I wanted to see after some time but sellers have now taken off market as few things I think vendor wants to sort out like allocated parking but also a family members of theirs has moved in. Speaking with agent he said vendor may bring back on market in a month then I called week later for any update but now it may not be till end of year! I'm looking another's in meantime but its a shame I couldn't view one.
Not quite sure if I should maybe go to place and introduce myself as someone who was hoping to view but it got cancelled or just be patient! The former sounds rather desperate but honestly I have a feeling that this place is the one!
What would you do? I will keep looking as I did on Friday at other places but cannot help but have this place in back of mind.

People often dont know what they want and act on whims, which is why a good salesman can make a lot of money. No harm in putting a letter through the door, especially if you are ready to go....0

Offer them money to sell it to you.0

My only concern by contacting directly is it could go back to agent in which case agent will keep me off hotlist for almost going behind their back. Or worse the vendor may get cheesed off by me contacting directly or even stepson not passing on my message0

So you haven't even seen it yet? You are getting carried away and fixating on what it appears you can't have. Walk away from it and keep looking elsewhere. If and that's a big if, it comes back on the market, take a look but stop acting like a desperate love-struck teenager - they'll use it to squeeze more money out of you.0 -
Yea that's true which is why I'm looking around still but would have been good to check it out0

You don't have to go far to see plenty of houses you like that aren't for sale.
Stick with the ones that are.You can pick your friends and you can pick your nose but you can't pick your friend's nose.0
