1. Rules apply: These provisions and the General Rules comprise the Rules
2. To be Eligible: your child must be (i) registered with www.happystudio.com throughout the Giveaway period (ii) no younger than 3 and no older than 12 on the closing date for receipt of Giveaway applications, and (iii) UK/Isle of Man/Channel Islands resident. Your child is not eligible if you or your family are associated with McDonald’s or anyone connected with the Promotion or are otherwise ineligible under the General Rules.
3. How To Enter: your registered child will be able to apply for the Giveaway after following the entry instructions at www.happystudio.com. If the website features a creative exercise in connection with the Giveaway, the exercise must be successfully completed in order to qualify for the Giveaway. Reasonable help by an adult is permitted. The last date by which your registered child’s entry must be received is 6th August 2013.
4. Parental Consent: Upon the Promoter’s receipt of a Giveaway application from your registered child, the email you receive from McDonald's will ask you to certify your consent to that registered child receiving the Giveaway, to comply with these Rules (including providing the certification stated in the General Rules) and to provide personal information to assist the Promoter to administer this Promotion. Unless you respond within the time and in the manner described in the email, your child’s Giveaway application will be invalid.
5. Limit:Each person applying for the Giveaway is limited to 1 application for 1 Giveaway, irrespective of how many registered identities that person has. There is a maximum of 3 Giveaways per household.
6. Giveaway: Up to 12,000 valid Giveaway applications in order of receipt will be sent a Despicable Me 2 Spy Kit consisting of; Despicable Me 2 and Happy Meal branded Spy Kit, a paper briefcase containing the following paper elements:

   • A door hanger

7. Delivery: Giveaways will be distributed to the address you provided for your child at the time of registration. Delivery is estimated to take up to 30 days after we’ve received your consent to your child’s application as stated above.
8. Unforeseeable Demand:Although stocks of giveaways have been calculated based on our estimates for demand, in the event that the number of valid applications for Giveaways exceeds 12,000, the Promoter may (in its discretion) source further Giveaways for distribution, but without any obligation to do so. In this instance, the estimated delivery time stated below is likely to be up to 60 days, rather than 30 days as stated above.

Edit - I found it. Walk through the main entrance and then when the map comes up go into the happy kingdom on the lower left. Then click on the minion with the exclamation mark!
