A little off topic, but I remember there are a few Glasgow ladies on this forum - I'm off to visit my friend this weekend, and we want to go for some cheesy dancing! (Yeah, we're that cool ) neither of us knows Glasgow really well, so I'm wondering if anyone knows anywhere? She only knows 'normal' clubs, I really ought to disown her :rotfl:

    21. Clinique Repairwear Laser Focus 7ml - the jury's still out on this one, I have another which I have put in use and reckon I will be able to give a more informed opinion once that's finished.

    A couple of UUs

Alpha H Balancing Cleanser 15ml - WMBA quite liked this slippery/ balmy type of wash but very similar to other hot cloth cleansers and there's plenty of others I need to get through yet.

Sanctuary Spa Body Lotion - 75ml - WNBA am so over this stuff and I have plenty more just like it in a bigger bottle.

I don't know why but a third set of serum samples arrived from Vichy today, anyone else had this?? Think they're trying to scupper my challenge efforts!! :rotfl: I wouldn't mind but I've already decided I don't like one of them and I'm yet to try the eye and lashes one as I keep meaning to decant those into a little pot as I'm sure you must only need a tiny bit. So two IN there, one of which will go straight back out again to Mum.

Also, got another Balance Me body wash as they still had Glamour in Tesco and I really liked this so that also came with the sachets of Herbal Essences I'd already given the thumbs down to, so another two straight in and out there :D I can't remember where I'm upto and not got my list to hand but I think I'm more or less even on the month at the moment. Do have a couple of splutterers though so will plod on.

Hope everyone is ok, thank goodness its Friday tomorrow, although think Saturday in the office is looking likely this wk, hey ho - will pay the various bills that have cropped up unexpectedly lately. In one hand and out of the other ;)

Thanks Itzy - her OH warned her against reflex... Is he just trying to get himself out of being dragged there some day?

No UU's, forgot to mention the NBI, 5ml La Roche Posay serum from WIMH.

Yet to try my hair removal system that I was sent to trial, will report once I've given Amazon the review.

I couldn't believe it when yet more beauty stuff was up for grabs on Amazon Vine this week, if people don't want what they are offered individually, it is offered to all comers the week after and you can choose a further two items.

So... I've got a facial brush coming, a VisaPure electronic one. This is something I would not have bought for myself, with a RRP of £120. I do already body brush but these are too hard for facial use.

The other thing I chose wasn't beauty related, but a 15kg sack of puppy food for the new Springer puppy in the extended family. :D Posh grub too... Was feeling a bit yeurch with an upset tummy so that has lifted me.

  • Evening all, been out for dinner so I'm feeling absolutely stuffed!
On the toiletries front, have used up my conditioner, Alberto Balsam Raspberry, and since I had no more in the stash, I bought an Alberto Balsam Pomegranate one to replace it - WIBA? Yes definitely, this brand is probably my HG conditioner, because it's cheap, which is useful for the rate I get through the stuff, and several of the flavours smell good!
Also UU'd a 50ml NSpa coconut shower gel - they've changed their range, so I can't buy this again - I like the creamy gel, but prefer really fruity/floral scents to coconut...
